    • How in a few  clicks you can unfold your Profit and Loss into a story book (using QuickBooks)
    • How to read and interpret the story it tells
    • Understanding the difference between income and expenses vs. Cash Flow
  • Pricing your products and services (MS Excel)
    • How to analyze the products/services you offer and:
      • Estimate how much you can sell
      • What you can charge for it
      • How much gross revenue does that produce.
  • What you need to gross at a minimum to keep the business going (MS Excel)
    • Looking at what you need to accomplish the following:
      • Cover your business expenses
      • Make enough profit to cover your personal expenses
